Life Balance Wheel
1. How do you feel when you look at your wheel?
I feel that some areas are relatively balanced, but health and entertainment are clearly suffering. This makes it clear that I need to pay more attention to rest and health in order not to burn out.
2. What are the surprises?
I was surprised that my relationships with friends and emotional state are at a low level — I did not expect it to affect the general condition so much.
3. Which aspects stand out as areas where your life is flourishing?
Finances and personal growth — I work and read and try to develop, so the grades are high here.
4. What are you doing that makes these so good?
I try to plan time for self-education and fulfill my goals.

socializing with friends and health — there is almost not enough time for them due to the workload at school and work.
6. What factors are at work in these areas?
Intensive work and study and poor time planning.
7. What do you want to do differently in the future?
I want to spend more time relaxing and maintaining social connections in order to improve my overall well-being and reduce stress.
8. Overall, how do you feel about the balance?
The balance is not bad, but it clearly needs improvement. Now it's a signal to me that I need to change my routine.
